About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a critical member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to provide top-notch support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and escalating issues as necessary. Your expertise in problem-solving, communication, and customer service will be invaluable in helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries and concerns via email and our support portal, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Collaborate with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless support for pilots and existing customers, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Work closely with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, providing exceptional technical support and ensuring prompt issue resolution. Utilize tools like Notion to manage internal processes and information, maintaining accurate records and streamlining workflows.
