Remote NP/PA to complete RPM Intake Forms

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program in a focused intake role. This is a fully remote opportunity with a straightforward workflow and no clinical decision-making responsibilities. Additional hybrid model of in-person and remote also available for new facility go-lives. Role overview: This position is limited to conducting new patient intakes for patients in SNF, AL, IL facilities. You will gather patient history, complete required intake workflows, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete within a single platform. There is no ongoing patient management or prescribing. All clinical oversight is handled separately, and a supervising physician will be provided if needed. Compensation: You will schedule blocks of your availability/time in advance e.g. Three days to one month in advance, 2 hour to 12 hour blocks, minimum of 10 hours per week of availability. Each confirmed one-hour block pays a guaranteed minimum of $30. After the first completed intake in that hour, you will earn $20 for each additional completed intake. Most providers complete 3–4 intakes per hour, with a typical effective hourly range of approximately $70–$90/hour based on volume. Requirements: Active NP or PA license in good standing. (Missouri, Ohio & Texas currently, expanding to Pennsylvania, Maryland). Missouri is top preference/priority. Must have been credentialed with Medicare at some point. Comfortable working in a fully remote environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Expectations: Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each visit. Ability to follow structured workflows and maintain consistency. Ability to work well with older patient population. Ability to work well with onsite facility coordinators and staff. Schedule: Part-time only at this time. Hours are generally between 9:00 AM and 4:45 PM, Monday through Friday. You will provide availability in advance and work within scheduled time blocks. Additional details: This is an independent contractor position. No benefits are provided, and contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
