We Are Legal Revolution is a nationally respected plaintiff-side class action boutique known for high-stakes wage & hour litigation and trial wins. The role focuses on pure writing related to law & motion, involving drafting various legal documents and collaborating with trial teams, all while working remotely from California. Responsibilities • Draft class certification briefs, dispositive and Daubert/Frye motions, appellate-style briefs, oppositions, and complex legal memoranda • Analyze records, develop legal theories, and craft persuasive narratives for PAGA/FLSA and other employment matters • Partner with trial teams on strategy, mediation statements, and arbitration briefing—project-based, writing-only workload Skills • California Bar active and in good standing • 5+ years experience • Class Action & Wage & Hour Experience • Prior judicial clerkship (state or federal) with strong opinion-writing background, or • Significant wage & hour class/collective action experience with a proven record of high-quality briefing • Exceptional research & writing; ability to manage multiple deadlines in a remote, project-driven environment Benefits • Medical/dental/vision • 401(k) • PTO • Professional development Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
