With a valuation of $1.2 billion and backed by top investors like Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Coatue Management, and LeftLane Capital, we're poised for continued growth and innovation. **The Role** As our Customer Success Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and growing a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion within our distributor accounts. Based in London, this role is pivotal in ensuring the UK market delivers against key customer success metrics while continuously developing team capabilities and performance.
