[Remote] Network Security Engineer (Zscaler, Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN)

Compest Solutions Inc is seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with deep expertise in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and strong hands-on experience with enterprise-grade routing, switching, and firewall technologies. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage ZTNA solutions, configure secure network infrastructure, and collaborate with game development teams to ensure reliable connectivity and optimal network performance. Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage ZTNA solutions with a focus on Zscaler Private Access and Internet Access • Configure and maintain secure network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls from Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper • Deploy and optimize SD-WAN solutions to ensure reliable connectivity across distributed game studio locations • Collaborate with game development teams to understand latency-sensitive requirements and tailor network solutions accordingly • Monitor network performance and security posture, proactively identifying and resolving issues • Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, policies, and procedures • Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts related to network and security events • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in network security and game studio infrastructure Skills • 5+ years of experience in network engineering or security roles • Proven expertise with Zscaler ZTNA solutions (ZIA, ZPA) • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper networking equipment • Solid understanding of SD-WAN technologies (e.g., Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Silver Peak) • Familiarity with game studio environments or other latency-sensitive, high-bandwidth applications • Experience with network monitoring and security tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Wireshark) • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills • Strong communication and documentation abilities • Certifications such as Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional (ZCCP), CCNP, PCNSA, JNCIS • Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Knowledge of DevOps and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python scripting) Company Overview • Compest Solutions Inc was established in 2005, and provides IT Managed Services, Staff Augmentation, and Solutions across all Industries including Banking, Financial, Retail.
