[Remote] NetApp Resident Storage Management Consultant for Verizon

This role involves limited travel and focuses on providing expertise in storage management and related technologies over a 12-month residency that may renew. Responsibilities • Support Verizon as a resident Consultant • Provide VMware and NAS/SAN support • Assist with migration and NFS conversion from FC • Utilize Dell Unity experience, if applicable • Work with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes • Engage in DII operations and automation as needed • Communicate effectively and document processes Skills • VMware • Migration - Experience • NAS/SAN Support • FC datastores on VMWare today -Dell Unity experience preferred(source) • Container(not sure if Docker or Kubernets) Experience • NFS conversion from FC • OpenShift a plus • DII operations a plus • Clearance helpful but not mandatory • Automation a plus • ONTAP Core is obvious • Eastern Timezone preferred • Limited travel but possible • Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills Company Overview • NetApp specializes in data storage, data infrastructure, and data management solutions.
