We are looking for a highly motivated Remote .NET Developer to join a Web Application Development team building mission-critical child care and economic services systems. The Role at a Glance • Location: 1628 Browning Rd, Columbia, SC (Current SC/NC residency required). • Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Must be open to hybrid/onsite relocation if local policies change). • Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual. • Culture: Exposure to the latest web technologies, collaborative design, and the autonomy to resolve complex issues independently. Technical Powerhouse Skills We are looking for candidates who are "expert-level" in the following: • Backend: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC (3 or higher), WCF, and Entity Framework 6. • Frontend: Angular, PrimeNG, jQuery, and Responsive Design. • Database: MS SQL Server 2016 (Data-driven app development & SSRS). • Tools: Visual Studio 2022/2019 and TFS (Team Foundation Server). Key Requirements • System Design: 3+ years of experience independently designing/implementing medium-to-large scale N-tier software architectures. • Web Services: Proven track record in web services construction and complex security model implementation. • Communication: Ability to explain technical implementation decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience. Bonus Points (Preferred) • Experience with Human Services (CAPSS) software development. • Strong background in Agile methodologies. • Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools.
