What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong planning experience and project management certification preferred
- Domain expertise within human capital management required
- 4+ years of project management experience or equivalent business management experience
- Knowledge of organizational change management principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with VMS, CWM, and other talent platforms, especially in transformation projects
- Understanding of consulting methodologies, particularly design thinking
- Strong presentation and written communication skills
- Experience with system integrations, tech rollouts, and user adoption strategies
