Key Responsibilities
Ā Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, gaining insights into their individual financial needs to deliver customized solutions.
Ā Actively pursue new business prospects through inbound leads, referrals, and strategic networking.
Ā Provide comprehensive guidance to clients during the loan process, advising them on optimal loan programs, collecting necessary documentation, and ensuring a seamless closing experience.
Ā Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives while prioritizing high levels of client satisfaction.
Ā Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory updates, and new loan product offerings.
Required Skills
Ā Minimum of 2 years of full-time loan origination experience, ideally within a call center context.
Ā Extensive knowledge of both conventional and government loan programs, including purchase and refinance options.
Ā Possession of a current NMLS license, with a preference for candidates holding 4 or more additional state NMLS licenses.
Ā Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of building rapport and trust with clients.
Ā A results-driven attitude, demonstrating a strong work ethic, ambition, and the capacity to perform independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications
