Benefits: • Flexible schedule Dispatcher Job Description: The 1-Tom Plumber On-Call Dispatcher will work remotely, providing fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers. The dispatcher will manage after-hours calls for the on-call technicians and the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Strong customer service skills, multitasker, answering client calls, and scheduling technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering client data into a computer, this individual will provide responses and feedback to clients regarding service queries and make outbound calls to clients as necessary. Job Requirements: • Must live in middle Tennessee • High School diploma or equivalent • Ability to satisfactorily resolve client concerns • Competency of basic computer programs • Professional demeanor • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to complete tasks • Able to work gracefully under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Reliable, trustworthy and punctual Compensation: $25 per booked call This is a remote position.
