Key Responsibilities

- Engage participants through a variety of methods, including discussions, hands-on exercises, and presentations, covering an extensive range of Excel topics.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive course materials, such as presentation slides and handouts, to facilitate learning.
- Ensure seamless online delivery by providing necessary technical support and ensuring participant access to the training sessions.
- Coordinate the training schedule in alignment with the program’s timeline, adjusting as needed to meet participant learning requirements for an optimal experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities to create an engaging educational experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functionality.
- Capability to effectively use audiovisual aids and online training platforms.
- Experience in developing engaging training materials.
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification in Excel or an equivalent certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering Excel training, particularly in a virtual format.
- Experience in a military or federal environment is advantageous but not essential.
