We offer a flat-fee compensation model ($40.13 to $71.90 per session, plus paperwork) that respects your time. If you work 48 weeks in a year and see 25 clients per week, your annual salary can range from $48,156 to $86,280.

What We Handle For You
• Referral Management: We handle initial calls and emails to match you with clients.

• Growth: When maintaining a full caseload for about 6 months, you will be eligible for free EMDR training and consultation hours toward certification (via an EMDRIA-approved consultant).
Who You Are
You are a clinician who is passionate about long-term, effective mental health treatment. You are social justice-oriented, practice anti-racism, and value a supportive, nurturing community.
Requirements:
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted New York State license LCSW (LMSW), LMFT (MFT-LP), LMHC (MHC-LP)
• Commitment: Ability to maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week (or 100 per month).
• Clinical Niche: At least one specialized area (e.g., Trauma, Anxiety, Grief, Children/Adolescents).
• Technical Setup: A private, confidential space for remote sessions and your own reliable computer/high-speed internet.
• Preferred but not required: 3+ years post-licensure experience and training in EMDR, IFS, or trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality remote individual, couple, or family therapy.
• If you are a pre-licensed MHC-LP holder, you must attend weekly supervision meetings (up to 4 per month).
• If you are fully licensed, participate in occasional staff meetings and clinical consultations.
• Maintain timely documentation (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans).
• Respond to client inquiries within 48 hours (excluding scheduled off days).
• Collaborate with client treatment teams (PCPs, psychiatrists) when necessary.
