Key Responsibilities Compose, design, capture, and edit high-quality content for various channels, including chat, email, and social media. Develop and implement effective communications strategies that engage and inform our clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and integrated communications experiences. Provide exceptional customer service through chat, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our chat experiences. Support the development and execution of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our chat team. Analyze and report on chat metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize our chat experiences. Essential Qualifications Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various styles and formats. Excellent visual design and typography skills, with experience in designing digital and physical assets. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat. Experience with capturing and editing short-form videos and webcast content. Proven ability to execute brand guidelines, propose and deliver strong and effective campaign ideas across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums. Experience with intranet/content management systems (Unily or similar). Remarkable project management expertise, collaboration skills, and proven ability to build associations with multiple internal stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent judgment and a proven history of creating and executing programs that drive tangible results. Preferred Qualifications Portfolio (writing and creative) that showcases your skills and experience. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Visual Design, or a related field.
