[Remote] Mechanical/HVAC Project Executive/Senior Project Manager (Traveling) Up to $200K+

WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions is a leading national mechanical contractor seeking a Traveling Mechanical / HVAC Project Executive or a Senior Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to lead a significant data center construction project. The role involves executive oversight of a $200M+ project, managing all mechanical and HVAC scopes, and ensuring alignment with corporate financial and operational goals.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead all mechanical and HVAC construction scopes for a large-scale data center project
ā¢ Oversee preconstruction, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and full P&L accountability
ā¢ Drive scheduling, manpower planning, procurement strategy, and operational execution
ā¢ Serve as executive liaison with ownership, design teams, and mission-critical stakeholders
ā¢ Manage and mentor Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and field leadership
ā¢ Ensure safety, quality assurance, commissioning readiness, and risk mitigation
ā¢ Deliver project performance aligned with corporate financial and operational goals
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years of progressive mechanical / HVAC construction management experience
ā¢ Proven leadership on complex mechanical projects valued at $100M+
ā¢ Strong background in budgeting, cost control, and client-facing leadership
ā¢ Experience overseeing multi-year programs or large mechanical divisions
ā¢ Willingness to travel full-time
ā¢ Experience in data center, mission-critical, healthcare, or large commercial mechanical construction
