[Remote] Marketing Transition Associate

The Marketing Transition Associate will assist with the seamless transition of new properties into the portfolio, manage marketing materials, and oversee digital presence to ensure strategic launches of new developments.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of transition marketing strategies for newly acquired propertiesSupport property onboarding by coordinating and ordering marketing materials, including logos, photos, social media access, and domain registrationsCollaborate with design vendors and internal teams to ensure branding consistency across all materialsConduct market research to identify trends and provide property-specific marketing recommendationsOversee the marketing transition of New Development acquisitions, ensuring the proper setup of digital assets and brand alignmentMaintain accurate property profiles by ensuring that Internet Listing Services (ILS), Google Business Profiles (GBP), and social media accounts are updated and alignedConduct regular audits of ILS platforms (e.g., Apartments.com, Zillow) to verify correct listings and accurate property informationWork with the New Development team to set up and optimize new social media accounts, splash pages, and Google My Business (GMB) profilesMonitor marketing performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness of post-transition effortsWork alongside the Marketing Transitions Manager to analyze lead data and provide recommendations for improving lead generation strategiesAssist with online reputation efforts by analyzing property reviews and recommending strategies to enhance digital curb appealAssist with property Branding efforts, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and marketing materialsCollaborate on strategies for community engagement during rebrands and transitionsProvide ongoing recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and performanceSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred1+ years of experience in marketing, property management, or digital advertisingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and Google Business Profile managementExperience with ILS platforms such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and RentCafe is a plusAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsCompany OverviewAsset Living provides third-party property management services.
