[Remote] Manager, CISO Communications and Security PR

They are seeking an expert Communications Manager to support their AI-powered security platforms and serve as the lead communications advisor to the CISO and Security leadership team.
Responsibilities
• Lead PR strategy and execution for Elastic Security product announcements, feature launches, and roadmap milestones
• Partner closely with threat intelligence researchers to package and promote findings for media, customers, analysts, and social channels
• Drive proactive campaigns around major industry moments and events, while collaborating with regional PR teams to extend Elastic’s security story globally
• Establish and track metrics that evaluate impact, and adjust campaigns for maximum results
• Serve as the primary communications lead for Elastic’s CISO, shaping and executing speaking, media, and content strategies
• Create op-eds, blogs, speeches, and social content and prepare the CISO for high-impact opportunities such as media interviews, keynote addresses, and industry panel discussions
Skills
• 6–8 years of experience in public relations or communications, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
• Proven track record running security product PR campaigns, media relations, and executive comms programs
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for multiple audiences
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders
