What You'll Do Day-to-Day • Transform raw financial data into profound insights by collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing various data sets • Champion data quality by working hand in glove with Data Engineers and Scientists • Establish collaboration between technical and business teams to close information gaps • Apply cutting-edge ML models using modern frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • Learn with and contribute to a team of senior ML experts • Train and optimize models using large enterprise-sized data sets • Test models to the highest standard possible through extensive testing • Drive iterative improvement and feature development for model optimization • Create easy-to-understand and comprehensive documentation that empowers the entire team • Apply deep knowledge of ML algorithms to high-impact financial problems What You Bring • BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, or any related field (Equivalent experience welcome!) • Practical experience with at least one: Python, Java, C++, C# • Prior experience in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn • A problem solver's mindset and strong analytical abilities • Adaptability and excitement about fast-paced environments Bonus Points For • Experience working on cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP • Contributions to open-source ML or published work • FinTech industry experience Why Join Us Be part of a team that is not only talking about innovation but also pulling it off.
