Remote Logistics Sales Agent - Must Have Book of Business!

What we are looking for:
NWIC is looking for new teammates to join our ever growing team of Salespeople. Join a team that supports true hunters. At NWIC, we encourage our partners to get out there and build those lasting relationships. Our team is here to support you. We have end-to-end operational teams on every vertical. Our ideal candidate must have an active book of business, 2 years minimum experience as a logistics sales/freight broker professional, and the ability to work remote/ can travel. We strive for remote and in-office connectivity. Therefore, a 1-week initial in-office training period is highly encouraged! Travel expenses paid.
Responsibilities:
Managing customer interactions including fostering relationships, making calls and closing deals.
Call and prospect core and strategic customer opportunities.
Prospecting, planning, and conducting face to face visits with new customers
Understanding customers business supply chain goals and providing tailored solutions.
Visiting customers and potential clients 3-4 times a week (this includes zoom)
Demonstrating solid decision-making skills and ability to prioritize.
Effectively executing sales activities to meet or exceed daily, monthly or annual expectations.
Working closely with other internal departments to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
