[Remote] Local Marketing Coordinator

The Local Marketing Coordinator will support Local Marketing Managers by assisting franchisees with LOCALACT questions, providing education, and ensuring effective communication across teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport Local Marketing Managers by assisting franchisees with LOCALACT questions, follow ups, and educationParticipate in scheduled calls and outreach focused on explaining performance results and next steps already defined by the ManagerHelp franchisees understand LOCALACT dashboards, reports, and basic paid and organic performance metricsReinforce campaign updates, recommendations, and action items provided by the Local Marketing ManagerSupport onboarding, enrollment, walkthroughs, and ongoing platform education for LOCALACT usersAnswer common questions related to performance data, reports, budgets, and platform functionalityMonitor conversations for confusion, friction, or unresolved issues and flag them for the ManagerEscalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk situations to the Local Marketing Manager or Client Services ManagerCreate, update, and manage Zendesk tickets related to advisor interactions and follow upsDocument conversations, questions, and outcomes to ensure continuity across teamsProvide overflow call coverage when Local Marketing Managers reach capacityFollow established playbooks, processes, and service standards to ensure consistent supportContribute feedback to improve advisor resources, FAQs, and training materialsSkills1-3 years of experience in customer support, client services, marketing support, or a related roleComfort explaining basic performance data and marketing concepts in clear, simple languageFunctional understanding of local marketing and digital performance metricsStrong listening skills and attention to detailAbility to follow direction, reinforce recommendations, and stay within defined role boundariesComfort working in a phone heavy, fast paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong documentation habits and reliability in follow throughProfessional, calm communication styleBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionA matching 401(k)Wellbeing stipendsRemote work supportCompany OverviewLocation3 is the preferred digital partner of multi-location brands and franchise systems, delivering enterprise strategy with local activation.
