Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced REMOTE Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, providing exceptional customer service, and generating their own leads. Key Responsibilities
Ā Evaluate clients' financial histories and credit scores to determine eligibility for loan programs.
Ā Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Ā Provide detailed information about mortgage products and services available to clients.
Ā Generate and maintain a pipeline of self-generated leads through networking and marketing efforts.
Ā Communicate effectively with clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a smooth transaction from application to closing.
Ā Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in mortgage products to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
Ā Active NMLS license required.
Ā Proven experience in mortgage lending or loan origination.
Ā Strong ability to generate leads independently through networking and referrals.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
