Remote Full-time
Join Our Team and Shape the Future of Gaming on Netflix!
We're seeking an exceptional Live Service Product Manager to join our Netflix Games team, where you'll play a key role in delivering the next generation of video games to a global audience. As a member of our central live service team, you'll help define our long-term growth strategy for Netflix Games and develop the tactics, best practices, and opportunities that will drive our success.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing product insights to game teams, conducting competitive benchmarks, and measuring the value of games content within the broader context of the Netflix service. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Netflix, including Game Studio Product Management, Games Strategy, and Analysis, Data Science & Engineering, Platform Product, Central Tech, and game developers.
Our goal is to create a world-class gaming experience that delights our subscribers and sets us apart from the competition. We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about gaming, has a deep understanding of the competitive market, and can develop high-quality metrics to evaluate game and portfolio performance on a global subscription service.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver deep competitive analysis of game designs and live service programs that drive exceptional, long-term player engagement.
Provide compelling insights drawn from games across the Netflix portfolio and the broader industry, including personal games and competing subscription offerings.
Develop a metric and analytical framework for the Netflix game service to measure the value of game content and engagement.
Partner with internal studios to provide strategic insights and analysis to guide product positioning.
Collaborate with game teams on benchmarking and forecasting for our future slate of upcoming games.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in product management in gaming.
High level of competency with forecasting and financial modeling.
Experience conducting deep-dive evaluations and teardowns of games.
Ability to make confident, well-reasoned decisions with the flexibility to adjust quickly based on a combination of knowing the live service business inside and out and your intuition.
Passion for gaming (e.g., you're excited by playing multiple games per week).

Bonus Points:

Strong experience with quantitative analysis, including the ability to model game parameters using Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
High level of familiarity with publishers and games developed from APAC.
Excellent experience in game design for retention optimization, with deep knowledge of economy and monetization design.
MBA a plus.

We Encourage You to Apply!
Even if you don't feel like a perfect match, we'd still love to hear from you. We're looking for great people to join our friendly team and help shape the future of gaming on Netflix.
