Position Summary...

What you'll do...

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with director level experience in operations or program management from a large/mid-size company to leverage their skills to operationalize strategic initiatives, projects, and programs.

About the team: The Quality & Safety (Q&S) team is zealous about driving innovative processes that provide safe and reliable care to our patients. The team is made up of talented individuals who concentrate on one of three areas within the team; Quality, Safety, and Operations. While there are three different focus areas, this is a cohesive team that compliments each other by playing to the individual strengths, skills, and perspectives from each group.

What you'll do: As a member of the Q&S Operations Team, you will lead complex initiatives and design solutions by collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, project owners, and leaders to:
• Scope the project by understanding the issue, purpose, and challenges related to... the initiative (using data to support your findings)
• Problem-solve to identify solutions that will address the nature of initiative
• Design and create a project plan(s) that contemplate timelines, resources, design, budget, stakeholder buy-in, and the problem/solution
• Operationalize the plan to implement the solution

• Healthcare background (preferred)
• Experience with managing IT/Data/Tech initiatives (preferred)
• PMP or LSS Certification (preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years' experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years' experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area.
2 years' experience using Microsoft Office.
2 years' supervisory experience.
