The firm offers a broad range of legal services across commercial and state/federal civil litigation, personal injury, labor and employment matters, matrimonial and family law, corporate and business law, real estate transactions and lease matters, asset-based transactions, trusts and estates, probate and administration, elder law including Medicaid and longterm care planning, as well as DWI and criminal defense. As an Attorney, you will conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery demands, petitions, and client correspondence to support a wide range of litigation matters. You will assist attorneys and paralegals in managing cases, executing document workflows, and delivering high-quality work product that meets firm standards. Requirements Must-have Skills / Qualification: • Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience • Prior litigation experience is required, with preference given to candidates with US litigation exposure. Candidates with solid general litigation experience outside the US may also be considered. • Must be fluent in English and possess excellent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities • Experience in customer service • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Must have access to WIFI • Must have a computer and a cell phone with WIFI capabilities • Not a job hopper Advantageous/ Nice to have Skills: • Experience in law firm is highly desired • Database management preferred • Having diverse experience in handling civil cases is a big plus.
