Requirements: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Home state Life & Health Insurance License is mandatory. Typing speed of at least 25 WPM. Proficient with desktop computers and Windows operating systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in a virtual team environment.
