Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
Conduct research to resolve complex issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
Upsell products or services to existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and meet their evolving needs.
Requirements:
Active Property and Casualty License
6 months or more of customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong product knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
Integrity and commitment to maintaining customer privacy and confidentiality
Computer experience and high-speed internet connection (> 25 mbps)
USB wired headset (or equivalent) and smartphone or device running IOS or Android
