This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will interface with customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or through the internet, providing support and resolving issues related to property and casualty insurance policies. Key Responsibilities


Navigate multiple systems efficiently to access customer information and policy details.
Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and concerns.
Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
Process new and amended enrollments accurately and in a timely manner.
Deliver expert customer experiences through thorough and professional interactions.
Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.


Essential Qualifications


1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED.
Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature.
Ability to pass a background check.
Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.


Preferred Qualifications


Bilingual Spanish/English skills are highly encouraged and valued.
Military veterans are encouraged to apply, and their experience is highly regarded.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:


$18.00 an hour for English speakers during the entire length of training.
$20.00 an hour for Spanish speakers during the entire length of training.
Shift differential for evening and weekend hours once in production.
Paid training (Classroom: 6 Weeks and Transition: 7 Weeks) and performance-based incentives.
