[Remote] Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Foresight Mental Health is an outpatient mental health company focused on improving access to high-quality mental health care. They are seeking California Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, while managing caseloads and conducting assessments. Responsibilities Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person) with diverse mental health needs, including ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans Complete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs) Management of caseload including schedule maintenance, charge slips, high balances and consistent attendance Skills Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs),Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs), and or Clinical Psychologists who reside in a state in which we operate (CA residency required for hybrid roles) Must not be opted out of Medicare Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, and DBT; including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort using digital tools (bolthires Suite, Zoom) Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, therapy leaders, billing, and support service Reliable time management (including maintaining a consistent schedule), attention to detail, and professional conduct across all responsibilities Commitment to accessibility, cultural humility, continuous learning, and Foresight's client-centered Philosophy of Care Adaptability, critical thinking, and a team-oriented mindset within interdisciplinary models Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance 4 weeks PTO Paid holidays 401(k) match HSA/FSA Company-paid life insurance Sign-on Bonus: $3,500 for full-time roles (paid over 9 months) Company Overview Foresight is a technology-enabled mental healthcare services organization.It was founded in 2017, and is headquartered in Berkeley, California, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
