Business Systems Analyst II (Remote - US)

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst II to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting the development of software applications and data-driven insights. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders and development teams to define requirements, create user stories, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality systems. You will leverage analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills to transform complex business processes into actionable solutions that drive value for internal and external clients. Accountabilities: • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to capture and document needs. • Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives. • Partner with development teams to ensure user stories are accurately reflected in technical designs. • Produce visual aids such as process flows, wireframes, and data flow diagrams to enhance understanding. • Support roadmap and release planning, including effort estimation and prioritization. • Act as a liaison between business SMEs and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. • Contribute to data mapping, system integrations, and interoperability initiatives. • Assist with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software implementations as needed. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in consulting roles. • 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles. • Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite; familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration tools. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
