Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Provider to deliver comprehensive mental health services in a remote setting. This position is tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients, providing virtual counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. As a Licensed Mental Health Provider, you will foster a supportive and therapeutic environment that is customized to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each client.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct psychological assessments to determine clients’ mental health conditions and needs.
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans using both traditional and innovative therapeutic methods.
• Offer remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups as appropriate.
• Apply evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness techniques, and other innovative modalities suited to client requirements.
• Remain updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments and integrate relevant findings into your practice.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Keep accurate and current client records, including therapy notes, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
• Perform additional related duties as required.

Required Skills
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Active state license to practice as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Proficiency in employing a diverse range of therapeutic approaches and methodologies.
• Comfort and expertise in conducting both in-person and remote therapy sessions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing effective rapport-building with clients.
• Strong ethical framework and a steadfast commitment to client privacy.

Qualifications
• Possession of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Valid state license to practice as a therapist.
• Experience with a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities.

Compensation And Benefits
• Pay range: (80,000—)90,000 USD.
• Comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees after 60 days, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, short and long-term disability benefits, flexible spending accounts, and an employee assistance program.
