Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning via remote settings
Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
Makes recommendations to the care teams, effectively communicates, and collaborates with the patient and all disciplines involved in the care of the patients.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in LMFT
Active LMFT License in the state of California
2 years of direct care experience, exclusive of orientation/training
Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
Must be able to provide telehealth
Dedicated to providing the best patient care possible
Competency in a variety of therapeutic modalities and flexible in tailoring these to the needs of the client
