Required Skills
Ā Proven experience in court reporting, scoping, or legal transcription.
Ā Exceptional listening skills and a keen ability to discern spoken content.
Ā Strong command of grammar, spelling, and overall literacy.
Ā High typing proficiency in both speed and accuracy.
Ā Familiarity with legal terminology and concepts.
Ā Ability to process sensitive or potentially offensive audio/text content.
Ā Capability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Qualifications
Ā Significant experience transcribing legal documents and proceedings.
Ā Must be able to pass a background check.
Ā Court reporting students are also encouraged to apply.
Ā Currently, this position is not available to residents of Massachusetts or California.
