[Remote] Legal Assistant (Entry Level) - Remote

They are currently seeking a smart and determined legal assistant to join their growing team, where every employee gets to make an impact. The role involves interviewing clients, collecting information for cases, and ensuring compliance with schedules.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Interview clients and provide updates on case status
ā¢ Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help the legal department build a case
ā¢ Request police reports, medical records and bills on behalf of clients
ā¢ Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments
ā¢ Use of Firm's software (training will be provided) for data entry of new clients
ā¢ Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm's system
ā¢ Generate a daily/weekly report with results for all assigned tasks
Skills
ā¢ Very well organized
ā¢ Good follow-up and follow through
ā¢ Strong communication skills
ā¢ Customer service experience preferred
ā¢ Knowledge of Internet software
ā¢ Knowledge of Spreadsheet software
ā¢ Knowledge of Word Processing software
ā¢ Customer service experience preferred
