Job Overview: Recruiter/Senior Recruiter, Sales Recruiting We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join our Sales Recruiting team. As a Talent Delivery Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering top candidates in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting the success of our AMER Sales organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in matching candidates sourced from our Talent Attraction team into Account Executive opportunities, coaching them through the interview process, and implementing recruiting programs to fill current openings and build a robust pipeline of quality candidates. Key Responsibilities: Match candidates sourced from aligned Talent Attraction recruiters into Account Executive opportunities, ensuring the best fit for our sales teams. Coach candidates through the interview process, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience. Implement and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a pipeline of quality candidates, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive hiring goals and program outcomes. Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles, influencing key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. Collaborate with other departments, such as Recruiting Coordination, Talent Attraction, Employee Marketing, Sales Strategy, Headcount Management, and Finance, to drive business objectives. Take direction while working independently and collaboratively, managing ambiguity and operating well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of delivering against goals within deadlines. Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes. Proficiency with ATS and other related platforms (Workday, Beamery highly preferred). Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage ambiguity and operate well under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales recruiting, with a deep understanding of the sales function and the skills required for success. Knowledge of the AMER Sales organization and the ability to navigate complex sales structures. Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives, with a passion for creating a workforce that reflects society. Skills and Competencies: Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively coach and influence candidates and stakeholders. Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and teamwork: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building relationships and driving business objectives. Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn.
