Remote Lead Marketing & Communications Director

In this pivotal role, you will lead the marketing function, implementing innovative campaigns that enhance the visibility and positioning of our partner. Your expertise will shape strategies to engage target audiences, promote key initiatives, and ultimately drive growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee branding, manage trade shows, and refine communication practices, making a significant impact in the dynamic space and defense industry.
Accountabilities
• Evaluate and develop the marketing strategy and marketing plan
• Build brand awareness, including laboratory positioning
• Research demand for products and services, along with competitor analysis
• Drive lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives
• Compile comprehensive reports on ad campaign performance
• Ensure flawless execution of trade shows and marketing events
• Gather insights from key stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts
• Consult with management on communication procedures and crisis management
• Promote the brand on digital platforms and manage social media strategies
• Write proposals, presentations, and other business correspondence
Requirements
• 12 years of experience in a marketing leadership role
• Proven ability in managing marketing projects to completion
• Experience in digital marketing, including content and social media
• Strong communication skills in public relations and advertising
• Ability to travel up to 30% for trade shows and events
