ABOUT US:

The Integrity Sales & Partnerships Manager, Americas role reports to the Head of Integrity Partnerships, Americas. This position combines sales and business development with account management, reporting and service delivery responsibilities, enabling the individual to drive revenue growth while serving as a regional expert in Sales Operations. The individual will proactively progress revenue opportunities across assigned integrity products while optimizing internal processes, fostering cross-functional alignment, and directly contributing to regional and global revenue targets. This position requires a results-oriented professional with strong business and financial acumen; excellent organizational and analytical skills; and the ability to balance independent pipeline management with collaborative team support in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position directly influences regional revenue generation, optimizing internal processes, and fostering alignment across Integrity Services and broader Sportradar (SRAD) units.

THE CHALLENGE:
• Identify, evaluate, and advance sales opportunities in the North American sporting entities market - including leagues, federations, teams, college conferences and universities - progressing them through the business development cycle.
• Achieve individual new business targets to contribute to overall Americas and global Integrity Services revenue goals.
• Provide expert customer care and account management, building and maintaining professional relationships with a view to developing further business opportunities.
• Work closely with the other Sportradar departments to align on North American opportunities and maintain strong company-wide external stakeholder relationships.
• Optimize Salesforce for effective sales management, tracking leads, opportunities / pipeline, contracts, and forecasting across the Americas region. Ensure proper invoicing, billing reconciliations, and follow-up for partners.
• Prepare and submit required sales reports to Sales & Partnership leadership, covering budget / revenue analysis, sales progress, and opportunities/ pipeline.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive market analysis documents, including overviews of the Americas landscape, key trends, competitive dynamics, long-term growth areas, and short-term opportunities for all Integrity Services market segments, pillars, and products.
• Maintain and develop subject matter expertise for the entire Integrity service offering and product portfolio. Be able to demonstrate this within internal or external presentations.
• Drive regional profitability and efficiency through Salesforce utilization and pricing excellence.

ABOUT YOU:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sports Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; coursework in Data Analytics a plus.
• 2–3 years specifically in the sports ecosystem with an American league, governing body, university athletic department, or professional team. Sports betting industry / integrity is a plus.
• Passionate about sports and sports betting: Deep knowledge of North American leagues (MLB, NHL, NBA, MLS, NASCAR, NCAA, etc.) and emerging properties.
• Proven track record of quickly becoming the go-to expert on internal sales tools and processes. Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Professional demeanour with external stakeholders; skilled in networking, presentations, and training.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution, as also discuss team fit.
• Onsite Interview: Meet with the local team and tour our local office for a final meet and greet.

Pay Range: $90K - $100

Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
