Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our client care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences through inbound calls, engaging with entrepreneurs and managers, and suggesting the right blithequark products to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities Service inbound calls while engaging and consulting with entrepreneurs and managers to understand their needs and suggest the right blithequark products Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate relevant product features, benefits, and components of blithequark Private Business Services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling objections, and closing deals Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries regarding accounts in a fast-paced, structured client care environment Report relevant account information according to established policies and procedures Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Client care experience (2 years+) with a focus on building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication Proven success in a client care and sales environment (2 years+) Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an online environment Bachelor's Degree Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a similar industry or role Advanced knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices Experience with online platforms and technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills : Ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment : Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a high-speed environment Strong sales and customer service skills : Ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and drive sales growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team : Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members develop their skills and advance their careers.
