Remote Junior Graphic Designer - U.S Candidate Only

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with proven experience. We are looking for a designer to develop creative strategies and solutions for our clients. The designer works in conjunction with various members of the team on all design mediums, including but not limited to digital (web, social, mobile, app), broadcast (graphics, storyboards), print (posters, out of home, point of sale). Creating visually appealing graphics, photos, and layouts for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, prints, digital assets, website, social media, promotional assets, event graphics and collateral, and merch. Developing and maintaining a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring brand coherence and recognition. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Staying updated on design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporating innovative ideas into design projects. Design and update eye-catching packaging labels that effectively communicate product information and brand identity. Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, adhering to current design trends and brand guidelines. Design visually appealing email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversions. Develop event materials such as banners, posters, and brochures that align with event themes and objectives. Craft polished presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and consistency.
