[Remote] Junior CRO Manager eCommerce (Remote/Bogotá)

The role involves planning and creating wireframes for landing pages, coordinating with designers and developers, and optimizing ad campaigns. Responsibilities • Plan and create wireframes for landing pages • Coordinate with designers and developers, review deliverables, and ensure quality • Publish pages on the server, set up Google Analytics, Meta Tracking, and Mouse Tracking (Clarity) • Set up and optimize ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) • Continuously analyze and improve landing page and ad performance • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests (including hypothesis development and reporting) • Prepare internal reports and analyzes • Work closely with the founder – no direct client contact Skills • Basic knowledge of conversion optimization, web analytics, and digital marketing • Experience working with designers and developers • Familiarity with wireframing tools (e.g., Moqups) • Analytical mindset and structured approach • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally • Good English skills (all internal communication is in English) • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently Benefits • Structured onboarding and continuous training: Comprehensive introduction to CRO, digital analytics, and our workflows, with regular feedback and tailored learning opportunities • Career growth: Quickly take on responsibility and shape your role as we grow • Remote work: 100% home office, with occasional in-person meetings in Bogotá • International environment: Work directly with the founder and use English daily Company Overview • JDKRUEGER&CO shows online stores how to make more sales - as digital coaching, training and consulting.
