Job Title: Senior Angular Developer Duration: 24 Months Location: Taylor, TX 76574 Job Overview: GMS RIOO is seeking a highly experienced Senior Angular Developer with a strong background in Angular state management (NgRx, Signal Store) and Java RESTful API development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining sophisticated, high-performance web applications that are integral to our critical operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable systems, excels at problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and deploy Angular web applications (v12+) with NgRx and Signal Store for state management. • Develop robust RESTful APIs using Java (JAX-RS/Jersey) with Hibernate ORM. • Integrate front-end applications with Java back-end services and Oracle Database. • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, materialized views, and database triggers. • Implement application-level authentication, authorization, and security features. • Optimize performance and ensure high responsiveness of applications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions. • Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices. • Stay current with emerging technologies and suggest continuous improvements. • Support QA teams in ensuring complete and effective testing coverage. • Maintain detailed technical documentation for applications and systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8+ years of professional experience in web application development. • 5+ years of strong front-end development experience with Angular 12+. • 3+ years of experience in Angular state management using NgRx (Store, Effects, Selectors). • Working knowledge of Signal Store and Angular Signals. • 2+ years of hands-on Java development using Java 8+ with Hibernate and REST APIs. • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Strong experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL. • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. • Agile/Scrum development experience. • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines. • Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployment. • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma, Protractor, Cypress). • Solid understanding of web security principles.
