Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote IT Support Specialist with the following experience: Support internal employees using JAMF, Avast (virus protection), Slack, G Suite, SSO, VPN Occasionally help on special security projects using SOC, SOC 2, and Vanta SaaS experience strongly preferred This role is mostly supporting internal employees with their IT needs. We do have some special projects and security-related work, but it's a smaller portion of the position. For that reason, experience with SOC, SOC 2, or Vanta, is a huge plus!
