**Experienced Data Entry Analyst – Consistency and Compliance Specialist**

As a Consistency and Compliance Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Consistency Group within the Individuals/HR Division, playing a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of compliance and consistency across the organization. **Why You'll Love This Role** This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real impact. As a Consistency and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and communicating compliance requirements, ensuring that all necessary procedures are in place to maintain the highest standards of consistency and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Uphold the HR Consistency group and Tasks with liabilities to include, acquiring fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing unique signature release letters; maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Security Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and database entry * Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and investigate any database issues * Plan and analyze HR Consistency data between different documents working closely with HRIS and EC framework * Conduct high-level examinations, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Consistency * Collaborate with clients and team members consistently * Audit completed Unique Signature Applications and checking for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse **Favored Capabilities and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) * Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database * Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including organizing, creating complex equations, and Vlookup * Proficiency in Microsoft Access * Ability to decipher large datasets to develop meaningful reports * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Demonstrated critical thinking skills * Ability to direct fair and consistent use of organizational systems and government requirements * Ability to instruct specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications * Knowledge of the TSA Clearinghouse database **What You'll Get** Join the blithequark family and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical benefits: On the very first day, you'll have access to your health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits to help you stay healthy.
