Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ONIBEX is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and projects in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.
Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish
• Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation
• Use agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently (preferred)
• Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity
• Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum
• Demonstrate leadership skills, inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team
• Take a strategic approach to align project development and execution with organizational objectives
Skills
• Proven experience in the technology industry
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• Knowledge of SAP, with experience in implementation, integration, or managing SAP-related projects
• Intermediate English level (mandatory)
• Experience in project management within technology or engineering environments
• Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities
• Ability to lead teams and motivate team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure
• Experience in risk management and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture
• Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Knowledge of SAP, with experience in implementation, integration, or managing SAP-related projects
• Use agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently
• Knowledge and experience in using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc
