[Remote] Investigation Analyst I
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ADC LTD NM is seeking an Investigation Analyst I responsible for processing background investigations from field investigators. The role involves analyzing case queues, ensuring customer requirements are met, and maintaining professional relationships with team members.ResponsibilitiesModel ADC LTD NMs core values, policies and procedures and ensure that the same are supported at all timesConduct regular review and analysis of case queue to identify due date lapses and investigative deficiencies that require troubleshootingConsolidate and analyze information from multiple documents, Reports of Investigation (ROIs), and attachments to determine if all customer requirements have been metMaintain a working knowledge of customer requirements and best practicesIdentify missing leads, requirements and write-offsWork with investigators, ADC LTD NM personnel and management to resolve issuesOrganize time and resources based on due dates to ensure timely completion of investigationsSubmit investigations through the PSID closed case transmission process without errorTrack and log investigation progress and completionMaintain a working knowledge of RoadrunnerQuickly troubleshoot issues as they ariseDevelop and maintain professional, courteous, and cooperative working relationships with all ADC LTD NM employees and contractorsRequest training as needed from their supervisor, PSID quality program lead or ADC LTD NM Training DepartmentAssist with projects and process improvement at the direction of their supervisorCoordinate with PSID and ADC LTD NM personnel as necessaryPerform all other duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAbility to maintain a professional demeanorFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel and computer databasesProficiency in common workplace hardware and softwareExcellent organization and prioritization skillsStrong analytical skills and detailed-orientedStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly technical writing, proofreading, and editing skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsExtensive knowledge of ADC LTD NM contracts and contractual requirementsThorough understanding of investigative standards, including the investigative tiers, issue resolution and adjudicationThorough understanding of ADC LTD NM investigative process and proceduresFamiliarity with federal and ADC LTD NM security standardsEmployment is contingent upon the successful results of a background check and drug screenMust be able to obtain an interim clearance and/or appropriate agency approvalsMust be able to maintain active Top-Secret clearance and all agency approvals required of their positionActive Top Secret Clearance is a plusBenefitsFull benefit package as outlined per ADC policies and procedures.Company OverviewADC LTD NM provides physical and personnel security services to federal, state and local government agencies and corporate clients.
