[Remote] Junior ETL Developer (Exp in Azure Data Factory)

Our client, Canvendor Inc, is seeking a skilled ETL Developer with strong experience in Azure Data Factory and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory • Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions • Build data ingestion and transformation processes from multiple source systems (on-premises and cloud) • Write complex and efficient T-SQL queries for data transformation and validation • Implement data quality checks, error handling, and logging within ETL pipelines • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ADF pipeline performance • Support data migration and integration projects to Azure • Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements • Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and compliance standards • Maintain detailed documentation for ETL processes and data flows Skills • Proven experience as an ETL Developer or Data Engineer • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory • Strong expertise in SQL Server and T-SQL • Solid understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing principles • Experience with incremental loads, CDC, and data transformations • Knowledge of performance tuning for SQL Server and ETL workflows • Experience working with relational and dimensional data models • Familiarity with Azure SQL Database or SQL Managed Instance Company Overview • Welcome to Jobs via Dice, the go-to destination for discovering the tech jobs you want.
