[Remote] Internet Merchandiser - Signature Hardware

They are currently seeking an Internet Merchandiser to assist in developing and executing digital strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience across multiple e-commerce platforms. Responsibilities Work with Sales Operations Manager to implement a digital merchandising strategy to grow both sales and margin on assigned channels Collaborate with Ferguson Home merchandising teams to promote a best-in-class merchandising experience Collaborate with pricing groups and Sales Operations to execute digital promotional campaigns Work with Digital Marketing teams to optimize online traffic to your brands Assist in the creation of landing pages for the brand, categories, and key products to optimize customer experience Analyze customer pathing through partner sites to find opportunities to increase conversions Work with the merchandising groups to optimize search around key categories Analyze and update cross-sell and up-sell products on the assigned products Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, or related role strongly preferred Self-motivated and results oriented Cross functional teamwork experience Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize Product knowledge of plumbing products from a broad range of categories and manufacturers preferred Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Strong digital literacy (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc) Think creatively seek innovative solutions and new practices Benefits Health Dental Vision Paid time off Life insurance 401(k) with a company match Mental health coverage Gender affirming and family building benefits Paid parental leave Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Company Overview Signature Hardware provides online retailing services for bath, kitchen, and home products.
