[Remote] International Accounts Analyst

The International Accounts Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of job files in CargoWiseOne for customer shipments, managing costs, invoicing, and reporting. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create, process, track, and audit relevant CW1 job files, averaging approximately 300-400 monthly shipments Make accurate entries to the accounting system using personal analysis Provide timely and accurate payments by processing payables Ensure data accuracy by balancing files from multiple regions and sources Prepare timely agent cost entries, reconciliations, and invoice posting Engage in the design and creation of key analysis and management reports, drawing data from multiple systems and data sources Compile and present monthly activities, trends, and opportunities for improvement to program managers Skills Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures that is reflective of the international trade and forwarding industry Microsoft office suite knowledge with proficiency in Excel B.S. in Accounting/Finance, or Supply Chain Management a plus 1 year experience in Accounting/Finance, or Supply Chain Management a must Experience with automated accounting systems or freight forwarding a plus Benefits Competitive salaries Excellent benefits Company Overview OIA Global offers innovative global logistics, packaging, and materials sourcing solutions for supply chains of all types and sizes.
