Responsibilities
Call on leads provided to you by the agency
Present and explain P&C insurance products to potential clients over the phone
Evaluate clients' needs and recommend the most suitable policies
Build and maintain a portfolio of satisfied, long-term clients
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high client retention
Requirements
Active Colorado Property and Casualty Insurance licenses
Proven experience in sales (insurance sales is a plus)
Excellent communication and presentation skills for virtual meetings
Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote setting
Goal-oriented with a desire to exceed expectations
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Salesforce)
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
