Responsibilities
ā¢ Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales, and client service through training
ā¢ Connect with potential clients and start meaningful conversations
ā¢ Ask good questions, listen well, and help clients understand their options
ā¢ Present insurance solutions clearly and confidently
ā¢ Work closely with team members to support clients after the sale
ā¢ Track your activity, follow processes, and keep accurate records
ā¢ Continuously improve your communication, sales, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Work toward performance goals with coaching and support
Skills
ā¢ No prior insurance experience required
ā¢ Must be able to obtain the required insurance license(s) in the state(s) you are selling in within 90 days of hire
ā¢ Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
ā¢ Coachable, curious, and open to feedback
ā¢ Self-motivated and able to manage your time
ā¢ Comfortable using basic technology and learning new systems
ā¢ Reliable, professional, and ready to grow
