We Are Legal Revolution is a national insurance and litigation boutique that partners with leading insurers and major corporations on their most challenging coverage disputes. The role involves handling a mix of pure coverage and coverage litigation, analyzing policy language, and litigating coverage disputes while collaborating with experienced colleagues. Responsibilities • You’ll handle a mix of pure coverage and coverage litigation, including: • Analyzing policy language and drafting coverage opinions across CGL, excess, property and specialty lines • Evaluating priority of coverage, additional insured issues, allocation, tenders, and policy-limit exposure • Litigating coverage disputes (DJ actions, bad-faith/SIU and related matters): pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and hearings • Monitoring underlying cases, coordinating with defense counsel, and advising carrier clients on strategy, reserves and resolution options • You’ll get meaningful responsibility on high-value files while still having experienced colleagues to bounce ideas off Skills • 4–8+ years focused on insurance coverage, ideally including carrier-side work and coverage litigation • Excellent research and writing skills • Strong policy-analysis skills • Confidence running motion practice and managing a docket • Collaborative, organized, responsive and calm under pressure • Ability to own matters while enjoying working as part of a team Benefits • Full medical/dental/vision + retirement plan Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.Its website is Apply tot his job
