4444 – SENIOR CONSULTANT/FINANCE EXECUTIVE – WELL-ESTABLISHED INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM – REMOTE AND MINIMAL TRAVEL

Senior Consultant – Life Plan Community/ CCRC Division Location: *Remote (minimal travel) Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience + lucrative bonus incentives About the company A well-established, independent professional services firm with a history spanning more than 75 years delivers market-leading services and solutions to clients worldwide. The organization supports clients in addressing complex and critical challenges, including retirement funding and healthcare financing, risk management and regulatory compliance, data analytics, and business transformation. About the role: This reputable consulting firm is looking for the next leader of their Life Plan/CCRC Practice (due to retirement of the incumbent). At a high level, this practice provides services such as historical resident data analysis, population projections, and actuarial and financial projections to decision makers of Life Plan Communities – allowing them to make sound business decisions and be proactive in their strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure the practice delivers timely, efficient, and professional services to clients. • Serve as a subject matter expert and key resource for CCRC consulting engagements • Build and maintain strong external client relationships and internal partnerships • Attend client meetings and prepare high-quality client reports • Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, including presentations and written thought leadership • Stay current with changes and trends in the CCRC industry • Apply expert industry knowledge to deliver best practices and innovative, pragmatic solutions to complex problems • Build and maintain a strong professional network • Participate in client sales proposals and presentations • Ensure compliance with applicable legislative, regulatory, business, and professional standards • Direct staff to meet individual and team objectives. What We Are Looking For Experience: • Finance Executive with 10+ yrs of experience in the CCRC space. • Knowledge of or ability to learn Type A, B, and C resident contracts. • Knowledge of or ability to learn GAAP accounting for CCRCs, including amortization of non- refundable entrance fees, calculation of the Future Service Obligation (FSO), and related assets and liabilities. • Experience managing and developing junior team members. • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Proven ability to deliver projects on budget and on schedule.
